Fire Extinguisher Dust

SERVPRO of E. Fullerton/Placentia received an insurance claim for a tenant's personal property (UPP). This insured had a kitchen fire in their apartment complex. Now the insured is not responsible for the repairs of the structure but he did have damages to his contents. 

As you can see in the before photo, the insured was able to put out the kitchen fire, however, in the process of doing so his UPP was coated in a film of dust.

SERVPRO was hired to complete an inventory of his UPP and was requested to attempt to clean the furniture. In the after photo you can see that the chairs were able to be cleaned. 

Once his claim is completed the items that were able to be saved will be returned to him. The other items will be written off by the insurance company.
