1. Asses the situation and evacuate if necessary
2. Shut down the power source to deter further damage 
3. Spray the fire with a Class C chemical extinguisher. Baking soda may help if a extinguisher is not available. 
4. Do not restore power until a professional electrician comes to inspect the wiring.
